The purchase of my TV was very easy with the help of the sales associate at Best buy. The geek squad came and installed my TV and hooked everything up for me and they were very friendly fast and courteous

The previous LG TV died. It had a warranty and as a Total Tech member, a Geek Squad member assessed the old TV and found it uneconomic for repair. The Geek Squad brought in a new TV, explained how to use it, and removed the old TV and all of the boxing materials. Very professional and thorough.

As previously professional and extremely dedicated to performing the best performance on my home theater. They also offer great ideas to further upgrade if interested. Patient as well as great instructions on how to use your system and new components. I highly recommend their yearly service if invested in home theater and or computer components. The Geek Squad man who came to install our beautiful new Frame TV was very smart and nice, and did the job well even though we needed the sound to be wired to a receiver and our speakers. Also when I had a question after he left, I called him and he returned to make sure it was working and that I understood everything. We do appreciate such good service and the TV is a pleasure.

The Agent placed my new TV on my stand and then programmed it for me. He was very professional. Also boxed up my old TV and picked up all plastic and paper leaving my living room clean.

OK but tarnished by the fact electricity was out when TV was delivered and installers were unable to show us all the features of the set. Over time we were able to get the basics working. However, the set came with no owners manual and there are features of the set we have not yet figured out. Nice set, though. I am sure if the installer had electrictiy to work with, we would be master operators of the TV at this point.

The gentlemen showed up on time and did a great job setting the TV up and explaining the different controls.

Had a Sony 65in. Oled TV delivered to my house by Nate and Dan.They did a fantastic job setting up the TV and took the time to answer all are questions.Unfortunately they stated that they were unable to connect the sound bar which we had also purchased due to the fact the sound bar did not fit under the TV.This is something you may consider when purchasing a sound bar.

Hooked up and set up 2 TVs for us and did an excellent job!!! Explained everything to us we are older and don’t understand all the new technology real well but we are learning and they were very kind and patient with us
