    The guys were very nice. They worked quickly to get the TV set in its place, did the programming and showed me some things that I needed to know. Then they packed up and took away my old TV.

    The contractor unpacked the TV, connected all the cables - including to my cable box - programmed the TV and remote(s). And did it all so quickly! Obviously a pro. Would definitely do this again if I could have the same tech! He even took the TV box and packing AND my old TV.

    Agents Dan and Nick went above and beyond my installation to secure a decent wifi connection when it was showing a 17 hour downloading time. I would have boxed the tv and returned it but his patience was to my benefit and I apprecitate it very much. Thank you!

    I purchased a TCL 65” Class 5 Series Smart Roku TV to replace a TCL 55 inch series 4. I had the Geek Squad install and set up my old multimedia and new OTA DVR units, as well as an additional new TCL 43” Class 5 Smart Roku TV. All wirelessly. Everything is working seamlessly between all units. The two young men were very knowledgeable, and professional.
