Aaron was wonderful! He took all the time we needed to “tutor” in the use of our new TV. We are elderly so this task required lots of patience which Aaron seemed to have lots of. Very knowledgable and personable as well. A great ambassador for Best Buy.

Geek Squad setup my new tv and connected all my devices to my tv and the web. They even replaced my HDMI cable that was defective at no additional cost.

We were having difficulty with properly setting up our new Sony TV. Come to find out we had connected it properly but we needed to have HD service from our service provider. The tech was very good at giving us a tutorial on that matter and did the find tuning adjustments to get us ready for the new service level. We have now got that and the TV is as advertised. Thanks again to Stephen.

The last Geek Squad agent who set up my television for both the TV and DVD player was very professional and successfully resolved all my issues as far as my service was concerned. He made sure to explain to me exactly how to navigate from one function to the next. He even took the time to assure I understood exactly what he was doing.

The agent did a great job setting up the TV. However, he did not immediately have a connection wire that was needed. He found one and was able to use it. I still give him 5 stars. He explained everything well.

The two young men who came in to mount and connect our new TV were so professional and fast! They were there exactly when they said they would be there and were so very polite. I am so happy this service was available. And the cost was so reasonable (a whole lot cheaper than the divorce would have cost if my hubby and I would have tried to do this together, lol).
