I thought I'd be able to hook up our new large screen TV. I didn't have a clue about what was involved. So I called Geek Squad since I've had a wonderful membership there for several years. They got me scheduled for the next day. Technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He did a great job hooking everything up but especially for doing all the programming and being sure we knew how to run it all. He was so nice! I'd highly recommend their service to everyone!

Your installer was very knowledgeable. His explanations were greatly appreciated, since I usually have problems setting up electronic equipment. He demonstrated all the features, including some that I didn't even know existed for the TV, and set up the streaming services for Netflix and Amazon. All in all, great service! I highly recommend the Geek Squad services.
