Arrived on time, very courteous,did good job setting up equipment.

The original Delivery guy hurt his back and it didn’t look like my delivery was going to happen but Best Buy came through and found other Delivery people to make it happen. I was very happy for their effort to please the customer.

Even though it cost me some, it was much better to leave it to the pros. They did a great job.

The two guys who came out were great. They really took their time explaining everything to us. They set up everything and didn't leave until we understood it.

Having recently purchased a 65 inch television we didn't want to just trust throw anything up on the wall without making sure it was done correctly. So we had geek squad come out and install the tv on the correct mount. It wasn't something my husband fully agreed with but knowing it gave his wife peace of mind that this expensive tv just won't fall off the wall he was all for it (besides it was his tv lol).

This is a service which you can count on. Very professional.

They understood what we needed, the performed the tasks at hand, programmed the remote for all " connected" items, explained what they did in language we could understand....and we absolutely admired their professionalism. The TV setup was excellently completed with the installers being Courteous and professional. When we ran into a problem in the wall, there was no problem finding and alternative position for the set up. Additionally, the (Geek) installer arrived on time with everything necessary to complete the task.

The agents arrived on time and was very professional and hooked up my new tv to my sound system and my cable box and also explained how everything worked together and how to operate my system. They were experts in their field and I would recommend them to my friends however I would like to mention reaching anyone at Best Buy’s is impossible and I tried to many times!
