Tech guys were on time, and were very careful with our TV install. They were friendly the entire time, and were happy to answer our questions, no matter how little we knew of the technology. They double checked that everything was as it should be before they left.

Erik was very good at doing his job...very thorough and quick and answered my questions and gave me advice about operating my tv. He also advised me about getting a soundbar because the tv sound system was not good enough.

I'm glad I paid for the TV Connect and Setup service only because this was my first flat screen, smart TV and I was eager to learn how to use it. I love the Geek Squad (I also use them for computer problems) and they didn't disappoint - very quickly set everything up, then talked me through how to use everything; answering my questions thoroughly and patiently. I probably wouldn't need this the next time around, but it was handy this time.

Fast and perfect installation. Would recommend having Geek Squad do installations..no heavy lifting or measuring.

Had a problem with the delivery date. Did not know about it until the day before. This threw off my schedule for that day. Aside of that, those guys who did the delivery and installation were top notch. Answered all of my questions and made sure it was running and tuned.
