The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my cable

The Geek Squad have been to our house twice for setting up our smart tv and then when we bought a receiver they set that up for us as well. They were professional and knew everything that we needed. We have been very happy with our Geek Squad team. They were very knowledgeable as my husband and I are electronic challenge. I highly recommend them.

The TV setup was excellently completed with the installers being Courteous and professional. When we ran into a problem in the wall, there was no problem finding and alternative position for the set up. Additionally, the (Geek) installer arrived on time with everything necessary to complete the task.

Cory was excellent! On time....very professional, helpful, and did not rush thru the install.

There was an issue with the cable box that Spectrum had supplied me so the installation couldn't be completely verified . I was hoping since it was an issue out of my control the Geek Squad Tech would have scheduled to come back once I got another cable box.That didn't happen and I still don't know if everything is correct as I have issues from time to time. In general though I was impressed with the tech as all of this is out of my field.

My TV was already mounted, I had the Squad come out to set up my new Denon receiver which was done quickly and efficiently, I was told I needed to purchase the mounting service for them to connect it to my TV. This required the tech to hook up the new arc cord he sold me from the truck. He did a great job all around I can't blame him for the mounting charge just seems like a ridicoulous charge to attach a wire.

The set up of our new smart tv was efficient and very convenient. Great to know everything is working correctly.

Can't say enough nice things about the guy and his help. Made life a whole lot easier for my Mom and for me.

The picture is great. We went in to get a new DVD player since we moved, ended up with new TV too.

He was very good at his job. We had no problem working our tv after he left.

very knowledgable and had the tv up and running in minutes. and also advised to get a new sound bar and then went and got it for me and came back and installed it. it was a wonderful experience until 2 laters the tv died!!!@@!@

The tech moved out the old stand and TV and assembled the new one and setup the TV so I am able to use it easily.

The agents connected all of the devices very well. They even had time to help my parents understand how to use the TV. My parents are in there 80's.
