Installation of TV

The remote isn't completely set up making me use two remotes. I will figure it out on my own. The service was incredibly fast, i think next day.

Great Work Just as Expected

Got tv set up.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am always happy with geek squad service. everything was installed correctly but for some reason the remote disconnected from the tv and i couldn't adjust the volume or mute butten. i called the tech and he came back and adjusted it . i appreciated it since i didn't have to put a claim in.

Answered all questions we had without hesitation. Jared fixed up our printer, absolutely a sweetheart. He knew we were having difficulty with a delivery and called later that evening to see how we made out with it. Thank you Jared the world needs more people like you!!!

Geek squad installed two new TVs

Explained everything to us we are older and don’t understand all the new technology real well but we are learning and they were very kind and patient with us
