THE GEEK SQUAD WENT OVER A LAPTOP I HAD PURCHASED SEVERAL YEARS AGO, BUT NEVER USED BECAUSE I ALSO HAD A DESKTOP COMPUTER. WORKS GREAT - NOW I HAVE TO ADJUST TO THE LAPTOP.

The installer setup the TV, DVD player and Soundbar and connected them to network and set top box. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working. He was also very helpful and instructed us on how to use the system.

The installer arrived within the promised scheduled time. He was friendly and familiar with the product(s). During the set-up he explained everything about the TV and the best method of interacting the TV with my other components. He made sure everything worked properly, smart features, sound, headphones, etc. The installation went smoothly and quickly.

the thing is, we couldn't set up the tv because the tv wouldn't connect to the internet and Spencer (who you sent here) said the tv needs a part replaced. He was so helpful and then he set up another tv with a new Roku device.

GEEK SQUAD WAS BROUGHT IN TO CONNECT MY NEW TV & SOUND-BAR & DVD. THEY WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE SYSTEMS. AFTER THE FINISHED THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN WALKING ME THROUGH ALL THE OPERATIONS SO WHEN THEY LEFT I HAD CONFIDENCE ON ALL OPERATIONS. GREAT PEOPLE.

Geek Squad arrived when they were expected to. Tech was courteous, and professional at all times. He completed the installation, was able to answer the many questions that I had, and explained the new remote and TV to my satisfaction. We have had no problems with the unit since it was installed.

Had my 70" Visio TV delivered and installed. Took much less time to complete the installation and setup than expected. TV, soundbar and satellite are now controlled by one remote vs three remotes. Internet also set up for TV. Professional installers even removed my old TV.

Tom and Jim were great on delivering and installing our new 65" tv. They were very professional and courteous and knowledgeable on showing us how the tv worked. The picture is fabulous and true to color.

Geek Squad was very thorough in completing my new Sony TV set up. They removed my old TV. They unpacked my new TV. I went down the complete check list and they did everything that was on the list. They answered my questions politely and listened to my concerns. They cleaned up and removed all the boxes and packing material. They set up my remote control and made sure I could view my programing. They really came through for me. They did it right.

I had a great experience with the Geek Squad's free TV installation service. They arrived right on time and did a very good job. The team carefully measured everything to ensure the TV fit perfectly in the living room. They also made sure the TV was working properly and updated with the latest software. What I really appreciated was that they cleaned up everything afterward—taking all the boxes and styrofoam with them—so there was no mess left behind. Overall, a smooth and professional service. In and out and completely set up for 85" Sony Bravia 7, and a Sony Bravia Theater 8 Soundbar in less than one hour. Remotes all sank together, testing and very careful and clean.

Your technicians were on time, pleasant and professional and knew what they were doing. They had my whole set up complete in a minimal amount of time and answered any and all questions myself and wife had. They cleaned up and left my house just the way it was when they came. We are very happy with the service we received.

I had to call Geek Squad after the men who delivered the TV from Best Buy spent very little time setting it up and failed to ensure that it worked properly. The Geek Squad men listened to what needed to be done and took care of it quickly. They clearly knew what they were doing. They tested their fixes to ensure that the TV worked properly. I only wish that the men who delivered the TV would have done the same thing before they left so that I would not have had to wait a week or so until the Geek Squad men were available to set the TV up properly.

Geek squad set up my 65’ TV and surround sound bar made the living room look like a movie theater: they did excellent job with remote control all in one including our DVR player.

The GS team did an excellent job of installing my new TV. From unpacking to cleanup, they were professional in every way. This is the only way to go.

Geek Squad service was excellent. They bring in the TV, unbox it, set it up, connected all of my electronics, and program it. I used to handle this myself, but the TVs are too large now. They moved my older TV to a new location in the house and removed the huge box. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. Definitely worth the price of the service.

I am trying to submit a review for the delivery and installation of my two large appliances. Store manager, Brent, went above and beyond to make sure my delivery and installation went perfectly smoothly—and it did, thanks to his involvement! The first attempt was a failure due to the delivery folks who refused to do the job (too busy?!). I went back to the store and chatted with Brent and he exceeded my expectations! Thank you.

Nick, the Geek Squad tech who installed a Samsung 32" flatscreen and soundbar to replace an old CRT TV, set the new unit up quickly. This "masked man" not only put in the new, he took the old one, which we could not lift because it was so heavy, out for recycling, and cleared all the boxes etc. He was installing in the home of a 91 year old man; when he left, the homeowner could operate the system....so far it's been 2 weeks, and he's still able to switch sources and handle the issues that come up. Nick was pleasant as he worked, reassuring (important in this case), and highly competent. We have not yet run through all the options Nick showed us, but at least we know they're out there. Kudos to Nick: I hope he knows how much he helped people who are shut in during this virus pandemic.
