Very helpful and personable professional technicians set up my tv and sound bar. One drawback was that it seemed as though there was a separate charge for every minor thing.

Geek Squad was a big help in setting up my recent purchase of a 4K television. While the Smart TV instructions are easy to follow, as this was my first smart television purchase I didn't want to improperly activate my tv, and during the install period the Geek Squad techs were extremely supportive. I'd highly recommend using Geek Squad if you have any concerns as to activation of a new purchase, as their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The installer hucked up my devises and external speakers & made sure they all were working.

He arrived on time, set up everything carefully, and explained how to work the television.

I am so happy that I chose to have the Geek Sqad set up and connect the TV. This was a gift to my 95 year old mother and her old tv was so outdated. The squad connected her tv to the outdated cable box with instructions for me to update the service to HD.They made sure my mother understood how to use the set and programmed the remote for her so she was able to access programs using her familiar remote. They were fast, efficient and clean.

the two young men that delivered my TV and installed it know a whole lot more than the sales staff. They were able to tell us about everything we needed and answered all of our questions about how to do things and access items on the TV and told us things about the TV that should have been told to us when we bought it in the store. You need to have them train the sales people on what to tell customers

The agents were very knowledgeable. They were on time, it didn’t take them very long, and they took the mess with them. When they were done installing they took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the TV and sound bar features and capabilities.
