Everything was just awesome tv works great service was excellent!!!

For 90$ I had geek squad come to my house and professionally install my flat screen. Very satisfied

called when on his way was on time very experienced at his job helped me with apps to download to tv for stars and lg channels told me to call him if I had any problems but everything worked just fine.

They are a good team that worked well together and communicated very well and we're all about the customer and getting things taken care of for my needs. And the delivery is actually early and committed a really nice ending of the day for me to get things done thank you delivery team.

The agents arrived on time and was very professional and hooked up my new tv to my sound system and my cable box and also explained how everything worked together and how to operate my system. They were experts in their field and I would recommend them to my friends however I would like to mention reaching anyone at Best Buy’s is impossible and I tried to many times!

I was totally confused with our new Samsung TV. No wording on remote and smart tv set up - wow. Cameron from the Geek Squad set everything yup and took the time to make sure I understood the set up and functions and synced our cable remote and soundbar remote to make everything easier. I would never buy a TV anywhere else. The extended warranty is affordable and the setup cost well worth it. Thankyou

Joe delivered the TV, was efficient and very knowledgeable. Answered all questions we had without hesitation. Jared fixed up our printer, absolutely a sweetheart. He knew we were having difficulty with a delivery and called later that evening to see how we made out with it. Thank you Jared the world needs more people like you!!!

Just getting back from the hospital I was not physically able to connect and set up my new television. I called the Geek Squad and they gave me an appointment and sent Chris out to unboxed the television mount it on my wall connect and program it. Chris first explained what he was going to do it then did it in a very polite and professional manner. Great job

Super great Geek guys! First delivered tv was defective which Travis immediately pointed out and ordered replacement. Jason delivered replacement and was super nice changing my appointment time to accommodate a doctors appointment.

The agents connected our TV to all our devises and our various apps.They also recommended a new router which we purchased(the one they recommended was on sale to!) This improved our WI-FI for all of our devises and TV's.We use to have trouble with our I-phones in the basement but not any more.Over all they did a great job and answered any and all questions that we had.
