Great service. Installed and explained the functions of the Samsung Frame TV. Took away the old TV and all the packing. Quick and convenient.

Agents connected tv to phone and gave us instructions on how to use the remotes.

The Greek installers were punctual, professional, and did a great installation install.

The two-person team installed the wall mount and large flat screen with professional precision, then set up the remote and expertly walked me through the operational process. Although the service is costly, it's comforting to know at the outset how everything works and that the installation has been done correctly. The Geek Squad members were on time, friendly, and thoroughly accommodating. An excellent customer service experience.

The Geek Squad was very helpful to install and update the software on my new television. I highly recommend their services for those who have multiple connections including sourround sound to ensure all are working properly.

Set-up and connection went without a hitch. I was called and confirmed techs were on the way and I think they completed all within 1 hour. They were very polite and Covid19 observant. That part was especially important to me as I have terminal cancer. Thanks once again Best Buy. You rate 5 stars every time I purchase from you. Keep up the great work!!

Installed with care. Needed a young person to install. The guy did his job well.

These guys were the best. The prior installer, a subcontractor for Best Buy, was a nice guy but had no idea what he was doing. We returned a better TV, a Sony, because he said we needed a super-expensive mount which turned out to be wrong information. Sorry we returned to Sony for no good reason and replaced with a cheap Samsung which is only so-so.

My original TV arrived with a cracked screen, and it took me a week or so to exchange it. So I then got this connect service so that when the new TV arrived the Best Buy staff would unbox it. (If the screen was cracked again, which it was not, then the staff could promptly exchange it! But the second TV was fine!)

My delivery and setup was perfect. The agent was very knowledgeable and work was professional.

The guys set up our devices. They brought an LG soundbar saying it would be better so we bought it using our personal credit card. It did not work with our Sony. We called and told them we needed the original soundbar we purchased. Scott had already returned the Sony then brought it back and put it on our Best Buy account. He also credited the LG soundbar back to Best Buy. WE WANTED THE 211.00 CREDITED BACK TO OUR VISA CREDIT CARD. WE ARE PAYING INTREST ON THAT CARD. I GOT NO SATISFACTION BY GOING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE. IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. I wish Scott would have just installed the soundbar we ordered and let us decide if it was sufficient or not. I want a call from the company to resolve this. Also, they worked longer on the LG that didn't work. We are not interested in gaming, etc. I think they were under the impression that we understood all this jargon......we weren't involved in any of the setup for the most part. They ran out of time, we still had questions. After they left the soundbar didn't work and we immediately called them back. It was not replaced untill 5:00 the next day. We had to unplug the bar and just use th sound on the TV

Paul (from the Geek Squad) and his #2 arrived on time, determined what we needed done, and where we wanted it done, and proceeded to do exactly what we wanted. They were efficient, effective, and most importantly, they were personable. We couldn't be more pleased.

Helped to check my setup and made sure everything was connected correctly. My problem had to be referred to Sony. He very thorough.

There aren't enough compliments. The technician was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

2 Gentlemen took the old tv. Hooked up the new one and answered any questions I had. They wore foot protection, cleaned up boxes and packing materials, They were friendly, professional, and fast.

The tech was very efficient and personable. Service was performed as expected and on time.

The Geek Squad was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and certainly knew their craft well at installing a 55 inch TCL television above my fireplace on a mounting. This television has so much clarity, and manipulating the remote is very easy. The Geek Squad was very precise at their measurements when installing the television, and the viewing is great! I would hire the Geek Squad again in a heartbeat!
