Agent reset my WiFi connection due to black outs from power surges from hurricane

Guys were courteous, respectful of our property and took the time to fully explain everything to us. Ordered tv online on Saturday and they were here on Sunday

The geek squad did a great job, and showed me some good tips. Very knowledable

The agents were very efficient. It took only about 20 minutes to disconnect the old and install and connect the new tv. They did not have the connection wire for the VCR but looked it up on Amazon and showed me what to order. They took the old tv away and cleaned everything up before they left and showed us how to use the remotes, etc.

Cody Fontaine was the epitome of professionalism and helpfulness when he came to set up our TV and link it to our universal remote. He clearly explained all facets of the TV's operation as well as those of the remote, and he patiently answered all the questions we posed to him. His instructions were spot-on. We haven't had a single problem accessing and/or operating either the TV or the remote. The Geek Squad should clone Cody.

Agents mounted tv and connected all my devices quickly.

The agents set up the TV on the stand and connected it to the Blu-ray player, sound bar and cable box. Because of a cable wiring issue could not get TV to work until AT&T came out to fix it. Did not get good directions on how TV was supposed to work with cable & new remote. Because TV did not work without cable the agent seemed to be in a hurry to leave.

Agents did a great job installing the TV in a very professional and quick manner. I am so happy and pleased with the work they do. they also provide additional information regarding reception, etc.

TV came on time. Setup tech was fine. There are no problems with the TV so far. Good Job!

They were able to use my previous mount, but everything was done very quickly. (One of the installers kept saying to the other guy to hurry up he wanted to leave before the rain started and that they had to drive back to Houma) The didn't take the time to show me the back of the TV and where my head phones were to be plugged in. One of the guys who installed my TV was very knowledgable. They just moved to fast for me.

The Geek Squad agent did a very good job connecting and setting up my new Sony 43” Class X80K Series LED 4K HDR Smart Google TV. He arrived right on time, was courteous, and answered all my questions efficiently.
