Prompt, tidy, polite called ahead to give arrival time. Gave me a run down on my new item.

it went smooth , easy , confident that the install would be up to high standard.

We just needed to TV setup, programmed and connected to the receiver, Apple TV, etc. the installer said it was ready but we had to call and request they come back. We then learned that it was separate setups for audio snd video which meant 2 install charges. We were not hanging it, not installing a mount just setting it up. We have used them many times before and never had any problems. They resolved it but it took twice as long and costs more than originally planned.

Thank you for your hard work!! I appreciate all that was done. I didn't want to break the TV during moving it.

After my TV was installed, I was given as much time as needed to ask all the questions I had about the set which has many features i had not had brfore.

They do exactly what you want them to do help better the tv performance and less heat from it

Agents delivered my TV and took away my old one. Agents set up my TV but had a lot of problems with my internet server

Thomas was excellent!! He was knowledgeable & had the tv set up quickly, hooked up the Blu-ray player & helped me set up my streaming apps!! He explained how to move between the Tv & streaming apps to my Cox cable.

The Geek Squad set up my TV and connected all my speakers and accessories flawlessly!

Josh McAlister, the Geek Squad Tech was knowledgeable, helpful & very quick. He even offered me help with an incompatible CD/DVD player in order to make it compatible. In my opinion he went above & beyond, deserves a bonus, a positive write up in his employee record. He also invited me to call him IF I had any questions after his work. You can ask for more!!

The guys set up our devices. They brought an LG soundbar saying it would be better so we bought it using our personal credit card. It did not work with our Sony. We called and told them we needed the original soundbar we purchased. Scott had already returned the Sony then brought it back and put it on our Best Buy account. He also credited the LG soundbar back to Best Buy. WE WANTED THE 211.00 CREDITED BACK TO OUR VISA CREDIT CARD. WE ARE PAYING INTREST ON THAT CARD. I GOT NO SATISFACTION BY GOING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE. IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. I wish Scott would have just installed the soundbar we ordered and let us decide if it was sufficient or not. I want a call from the company to resolve this. Also, they worked longer on the LG that didn't work. We are not interested in gaming, etc. I think they were under the impression that we understood all this jargon......we weren't involved in any of the setup for the most part. They ran out of time, we still had questions. After they left the soundbar didn't work and we immediately called them back. It was not replaced untill 5:00 the next day. We had to unplug the bar and just use th sound on the TV

They came on time (they actually called and asked if it would be okay to come early and I was happy about that) and installed in less than 15 minutes. This tv was too large for me to do it alone and I didn't want to damage it even trying so I appreciated their service. They kept me updated throughout the week and confirmed my appointment.

Tech was knowledgeable and efficient even though he spent the afternoon at the MD clinic.
