The agents were prompt, professional, and efficient. When I had a subsequent problem, they returned and showed me how I had gotten lost in using the system. They also gave me great guidance on how to upgrade my equipment to resolve an issue with my speakers.

4.12.22, Anton arrived on time, very polite and professional. The agents mounted my tv and devices. It was a 2nd installation as the agent on 4.5.22 was very anxious and in a hurry to leave without mounting the 2nd tv as it already had the brackets attached. We had to pay an additional install.

The "excellent" is ONLY for the last 2 "geeks" that came out. They were very helpful. When I described my entire situation to them, they didn't understand why the first "geeks" didn't take care of it. They told me that the part I had needed was something they carry on their trucks. Guess your first group could take some training tips from the second !!

The two guys who installed my TV were fantastic! Explained everything, asked how I wanted it mounted and then did it perfectly, and walked me through the who process. I highly recommend!!!

An almost perfect experience. The Geek Squad member was pleasant, and professional throughout the visit. When done, my tv remove would not control the sound. He advised it was probably broken because of age. After contacting Direct TV, I found out that the remote was obsolete for the new TV. I feel that the Best Buy guy should have recognized that. Otherwise, I could not have had a better experience.

Everything got connected quickly and efficiently. They spent the time merging remotes, making the connection with WiFi and asking what we watched, used. Made sure the dvd etc were connected. I was thrilled with the service, care and neatness they exhibited. Another gold star for geek squad service. Best investment we got in try’s.
