My original TV arrived with a cracked screen, and it took me a week or so to exchange it. So I then got this connect service so that when the new TV arrived the Best Buy staff would unbox it. (If the screen was cracked again, which it was not, then the staff could promptly exchange it! But the second TV was fine!)

My initial delivery and install by a third party was not complete (the tv stand was installed incorrectly). Geek Squad prioritized the appointment to correct the issue and the technician was fast and knowledgeable and the problem was quickly repaired with minimal disruption.

The contractor was very helpful. He removed the old DLP tv very carefully. He inboxed the new Vizio from the undamaged box.After he unwrapped the Vizio, he immediately saw the cracks in 1/4 of the screen. Because the box was in pristine condition, we assume it was negligently packed and shipped by Vizio. He repacked the tv, and returned the broken Vizio for us. We are awaiting a replacement tv of a different brand. If Vizio cannot control shipping and packing a tv, we do not trust them to manufacture a tv.

Geek Squad installed TV and all connected devices and left. Installer did leave phone number where he could be reached anytime. Had to call him a couple of times to understand TV. He was always helpful!!

This 24" LG TV is great. Picture is better than I expected for a small unit. The sound is outstanding. The Geek Squad set it it up for me in short time. I highly recommend this LG to anyone interested in a smaller TV for a bedroom, library room, dorm room, or whatever. Nice.
