The Geek squad crew deilvered and set up my TV and made sure it was working. However, I felt like I had to ask almost all the questions about how to operate the TV with the new remote. They did not offer additional assistance other than making sure everything was working. I had many questions after they left that I feel like that I feel they could have provided the information for. I am still trying to learn the TV features and the remote features...which is much harder than having them provide the info. while they were here. My advice is ready with any questions before you let them leave.

The agents installed my Sony 65 inch TV and set it up. They also took my old television. I am very happy with their work and also am pleased with Total Tech. If I have a problem they will come and help me, no matter how simple or complex. This is very helpful for a 78 year old women.

Angel the technician set up all of my equipment. TV, sound bar, DVD/CD player, etc. programmed all of the streaming services. Gave me a lesson. Very patient. Removed all of the old appliances for recycling. She was delightful.

The guys promptly unboxed my new replacement set, repacked the defective unit and saw that the new set was operational.

The Geek Squad did an excel job helping me set up and use my new Samsung 43” 8000 series LED UHD TV in my bedroom. He took the time to go over with me all the services it offered. He was very patient! Thank you Geek Squad!

I had a rather difficult 85" mount through a metal framed wall them into concrete block. The Geek Squad gents were fantastic from start to finish with product suggestions, mounting the brackets for the screen and Sound Bar, then programing all the peripherals that made the installation a great success. These guys know their business and aren't afraid to show up and complete the project.

Had the Geek Squad come out and install my flat screen on the wall. Great service & good looking work.

Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV and hooked it up to our devices. They discovered, however, that our WIFI signal wasn't strong enough to connect to the TV given where it was located in our old house. They offered to make recommendations for a new one and to come back at no additional cost to hook it up if we wanted. We agreed. Very pleased with the services provided.

On time, efficient, got the job done! Would highly recommend!

Jay called me the morning he was scheduled to tell me the approximate time he would arrive. He called me when I was he next appointment and told me when he arrive. Jay was on time, knew what he was doing and removed all trash. I needed 9 calves;wires with my old TV. Jay was able to eliminate 7! He was very pleasant and answered my questions. When he left he told me to call and ask for him if I had any problems!

The agents that delivered and installed our new 85" tv were super great! They kept in touch with us about what time they would be at our house and when they got there they were very careful bringing it in and then installing it. They made sure we were shown all about it before they left. I would highly recommend them.
