Geek Squad arrived on time and set up our 55” LG Oled TV in less than 45 minutes. Once set up it was programmed to coordinate with our WIFI and other connections. Once completed I was given clear instructions with hands on help ensuring I would be able to operate everything successfully. Of course there’s a learning curve but I’ve been able to do the things I want fairly easy.

The Geek Squad arrived on time. I found them courteous, competent, and knowledgeable. Although they were technical savvy, they treated me with respect, continued to ask me if I was satisfied, or needed explanation or assistance of any kind. They were careful, and made sure that everything was connected, and working properly before leaving (taking the no longer needed box & contents with them).

It was a straight forward delivery of an OLED TV. The squad moved my old plasma upstairs and placed it as requested. The new OLED was unboxed and set up as expected on an entertainment center. The squad went through the TV features with me and assisted me with all my questions. Great service provided!

These guys were awesome! On time, warm and friendly, competent, thorough, explained what they were doing and why. Informative and kind. We enjoyed the experience so much, really enhanced the enjoyment of our big screen TV purchase which was for my 101 year old mother in law who also enjoyed them.
