I got the stand and it awesome they had a deal if got the tv you got the stand for free best buy is awesome best buy was very professional when they installed my 77inch g3 oled keep up the good work

Kurt was a very friendly, knowledgeable Geek Squad representative. He took care of all my needs while setting up my new TV, and his instruction on how my TV/remote works was excellent and thorough. His attention to details was outstanding and I was totally pleased with his service.

The gentleman that set up sons smart tv was very helpful. that was on saturday, February 26th.

Awesome setup service! Tech knew exactly what he was doing with no issues or problems. Took a lot less time than I expected. As part of the service Tech brought my old TV into another room in the house and set that up too. Outstanding!!

The team was on time, they made sure everything worked properly and showed us how to use everything. They were very clean and made sure that everything was back in its place. They even disposed of the old TV.

These guys were the best. The prior installer, a subcontractor for Best Buy, was a nice guy but had no idea what he was doing. We returned a better TV, a Sony, because he said we needed a super-expensive mount which turned out to be wrong information. Sorry we returned to Sony for no good reason and replaced with a cheap Samsung which is only so-so.

Set-up and connection went without a hitch. I was called and confirmed techs were on the way and I think they completed all within 1 hour. They were very polite and Covid19 observant. That part was especially important to me as I have terminal cancer. Thanks once again Best Buy. You rate 5 stars every time I purchase from you. Keep up the great work!!

The Geek Squad took my old 32" Samsung TV and moved it to my bedroom to make room for my new LG 55" TV. The technician was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and happily move my old TV and hooked it up to assure it was working properly. Thank you Curtis!
