Agents hooked up to and patiently showed me how to operate it.

They did a good job, however they weren't very personable. Came in set up TV and gone. Removed box and packing material after they set-up TV.

they did a great job! in and out. they replaced the old mount and put up the new one. Since the initial mount was recommended by the store (it could not hold my TV) they reimbursed me for it! People love saving money online but i'll tell you - there are some things that you can not save on and being able to go to a store for these things is why I would rather pay a few extra bucks at BEST BUY vs buying on AMAZON and hoping nothing goes wrong. JUST MY OPINION

I went from a 32" to a 55" and couldn't be happier! Samsung makes great tv's and watching things that are 4k on a 4k TV doesn't get any better! Fred from Geek Squad showed me that and told me when you're in the store that's why all the TV's look so good. It's true! It was great working with Fred and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Techs were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Set-up of my 65 inch tv and connection of soundbar was done efficiently and they took time to answer my questions.

Geek Squad swapped out existing TV, and cable/DVR and hooked up new TV. Remotes were programmed and the TV functionality was demonstrated. All good on this front

The Geek Squad did a great job of installing, setting up and explaining to me my 2 new smart TV's.

It was a straight forward delivery of an OLED TV. The squad moved my old plasma upstairs and placed it as requested. The new OLED was unboxed and set up as expected on an entertainment center. The squad went through the TV features with me and assisted me with all my questions. Great service provided!
