The delivery guys were great. Very courteous, and professional. They explained the different need to know points on the appliances. I will say this about the scheduling process, I was notified of 2 different time slots for my delivery. Needless to say, I stayed home all day waiting for delivery. This process needs some work

The Agents did an excellent job. They neatly secured all wires and removed all trash from the install. They answered all questions from my wife and I and showed us how to operate the new tv. They even hauled my old heavy tv away. This was well worth the cost and it even warranties the tv for two years.

This television has so much clarity, and manipulating the remote is very easy. The Geek Squad was very precise at their measurements when installing the television, and the viewing is great!
