    Awesome setup service! Tech knew exactly what he was doing with no issues or problems. Took a lot less time than I expected. As part of the service Tech brought my old TV into another room in the house and set that up too. Outstanding!!

    Angel the technician set up all of my equipment. TV, sound bar, DVD/CD player, etc. programmed all of the streaming services. Gave me a lesson. Very patient. Removed all of the old appliances for recycling. She was delightful.

    The service was great. They came in, set up everything, cleaned up behind themselves, and showed me how to use the device. They also gave me a number to call anytime if I have any issues.

    Jake and Cole were awesome! They were both professional and did an excellent job installing the mounting bracket and sound bar. Cole was in training and Jake was giving him great instructions and leading him to be a top agent. His patience and leadership skills are to be commended.

    Geek Squad delivered and installed by LG77” OLED TV. Did a very good job. Setup all my inputs and even took away my old tv (free as a perk of TotalTech membership). The delivery cost as much as just getting a TotalTech membership so I get some extra benefits for at least a year.
