    Because we purchased a 70" TV, we paid to have it delivered and installed by the Geek Squad. They showed up on time and had it working in no time at all. They were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They explained all of the functions on the TV and also cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again! Very happy with the service and well worth the extra money!

    The squad arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. You couldn't ask for anything more! They even gave me some helpful hints about switching from satellite TV to streaming. I was doing it the long way...

    The guys who came to set up my TV arrived on time and completed the set up pretty quickly. They walked me through the things they could for using the TV (my internet connection wasn't the best at the time) They did tell me things to do and set up once my internet was fixed. Overall they did a graet job.

    The two-person team installed the wall mount and large flat screen with professional precision, then set up the remote and expertly walked me through the operational process. Although the service is costly, it's comforting to know at the outset how everything works and that the installation has been done correctly. The Geek Squad members were on time, friendly, and thoroughly accommodating. An excellent customer service experience.
