Third party installation was a disaster. Only three screws to hold stand and they were stripped. Could not install remote. Said that the remotes only work 50% of the time. Wished that Best Buy did not sell Harmony remotes. They never work. Had 21 year old daughter trying to fix. Kept my old TV for himself. Geek Squad came out, but TV had to be replaced. They did get the remote to work quickly. The TV was replaced on the third try by the Geek Squad. Third party installation should not be used when remotes are to be installed.

Geek Squad delivered and installed by LG77” OLED TV. Did a very good job. Setup all my inputs and even took away my old tv (free as a perk of TotalTech membership). The delivery cost as much as just getting a TotalTech membership so I get some extra benefits for at least a year.

They did an excellent job setting up the TV and other devices.

The installation was good. The tech made sure everything was set up. Unfortunately the tv is awful. I have to keep unplugging tv and running device care and clear cache. Every time i turn it on.

The TV setup was prompt, efficient and well done of our new LG TV. We are very satisfied.

The Geek Squad delivered our new Samsung TV on time, hooked up all of our existing equipment and were done very quickly. Best of all, they hauled off our 22 old 27" behemoth TV with the built-in DVD and VHS Player. It was part of our Annual Membership, so it made sense to take advantage of this service.

Two pleasant and very competent Geek Squad agents delivered and installed my new smart TV and took time to show me how to navigate with the new remote. They also responded to my request to move the old TV to another room instead of hauling it away. I needed to order an HDMI2 connector, and they did that for me, too!

The service people were polite and professional. They answered all my questions. Setup was a breeze
