Purchased a 65" Samsung and it was questionable as to whether we could get it into our SUV, so we signed up for Geek Squad delivery & setup. It was worth every penny. The amount of time it saved in setting up as well as the stress on my back it saved were true benefits. It has been a while since we purchased a TV, so it was good to have the Geek Squad Technician review the capabilities with us.

We purchased the items and then Geek Squad came and hooked everything up and built the stand we bought to go with it... fantastic and quick. We are thrilled and love it! We could never have done this ourselves and the service was perfect!

The agents set hooked up the tv and got it all set up and even went above to get it done. All the packaging was cleaned up and taken away.

We love our new flat screen tv and the bose speaker that was recommended is awesome!

Dewayne McInnis is one of only three Geek Squad agents that I enjoy working with. I delayed the installation of my new TV until he returned from vacation. I have tried, without success, to terminate my Total Tech subscription, because of failure on two occasions to show up for scheduled appointments. The Total Tech program is a good idea, but it needs examination and rework.

My installer showed me how to use the TV, set it up perfectly and answered all of my questions.

Purchased a 65" Sony 4K TV and had the Geek Squad Deliver and install. Great idea I am not a techie so I left it up to the Professionals. Well worth the money to not spend all day trying to figure enerything out. These Guys come in get it done so you can enjoy the benefits of not stressing over a set up. I would not even thank about Self installation any more thanks to the Geek Squad.

The agents were pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I was so pleased that they took the time to walk me through operating the new remote. They also were kind enough to take all the packaging with them.

Printer is easy to use and prints very clearly, also copies on both sides. Yea!!!

The agents set up one Smart TV & tried to set up another, but hit a snag that was beyond their control.

The gentlemen that came to install our new TV were great. I believe his name was Keith or Kevin, my memory for names is terrible. They were polite, quick & picked up afterward. They took the time to explain everything & even answered all of my questions. I would definitely give them a 10/10 and will be telling everyone how great they were.

Again the technicians were fast and professional. Great!

Set up was efficient, quick and relatively painless. Moved my old TVs to other rooms.

Set up hooked up all went very well. In and out and all is perfect.

I just sat on the couch while they set everything up and took away the box and the old tv.
