    The agents connected the TV and my surround sound system. They were on time and did an excellent job. I certainly couldn't have done it by myself. I did have one question after they left. I was given a business card with a phone number, but the number didn't work - wouldn't even dial when I tried. But it's OK. I got it figured out.

    The Geek Squad arrived on time. I found them courteous, competent, and knowledgeable. Although they were technical savvy, they treated me with respect, continued to ask me if I was satisfied, or needed explanation or assistance of any kind. They were careful, and made sure that everything was connected, and working properly before leaving (taking the no longer needed box & contents with them).

    Because of back issues I was unable to carry my large new TV upstairs so I got the Geek Squad to install it for me. These guys were real pros. They had my TV unboxed, set up, and connected to my devices and the internet in less than 30 minutes. They even programmed my remote and hauled away my old TV!

    The two gentlemen whp set up our TV'S were wonderful. They moved the cable box so that no cables show. They made sure both TV'S were working properly before they left. Thank you.

    Ben and Mike came all the way from Wausau to Fond du Lac to deliver and set up my new LG tv. Fast, efficient and friendly. Very happy with these two awesome guys! Give them a raise!
