Great installation experience!

They showed me how to find the components, helped me connect to the various streaming services, and left my den as neat as when they arrived. Much appreciated!

They did not seem to want to provide any extra assistance if we encountered a problem after they left. Told us to contact the manufacturer or Best Buy??? Remote not set up to do everything, like DVR features, we still need to use two remotes. Also some questions we asked were answered incorrectly, after using the remote we found some features the tech did not know about & said it could not do

They arrived on scheduled time. They called within the alloted time given. The agents were very professional and fast with assembling my items.
