Did a great job connecting out tv after AT&T connected our service in a new construction home.

Did not know what I was missing and having the Geek squad install it was great.

The Geek Squad agents were on time, called me before they arrived, were very professional, courteous and installed me TV and other items very well. They also called the day after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. I could not be happier with their excellent service. I will always use Geek Squad. They are great!

The Geek Squad Agents connected, and assembled my two 55" TV stands and setup my two 50" flat screens. They arrived on scheduled time. They called within the alloted time given. The agents were very professional and fast with assembling my items.

We never used the Geek Squad before and we had an excellent first experience with the delivery and setup of our new Samsung 4K smart tv. The Geek Squad kept us informed of the delivery status, arrived on time and were very helpful and professional. We were taught how to use various components of the tv that made viewing easier. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad to a friend and will use them in future.

Agents installed and set up the TV. TV worked fine but the Fire stick and the LG remote did not work properly. Geek Squad had to come back and set remotes and LG account for additional money. Everything worked fine after that. LG recently installed updates and remotes aren't working. Called Geek Squad and they walked me through the process of correcting the problem.

The GEEK squad was amazing. Set-up was completed in a timely manner and will diffently use them again.

The agents got my remotes going. I am no longer having difficulty.
