The service was great, but it started before the guys arrived at my home. I had forgotten to review the guidelines that Geek Squad had sent by email therefore I didn’t have the HDMI cable, so I called and ask for help and one of the guys that were coming to my home called me and went to the store to see if he can get the cable.Since it was not in stock he said I shouldn’t be worried since they were going to solve the problem. And they did! The use a spare cable they had and the installation went great. Also they move the old tv to another room. Great guys! Great service from the very beginning!!

the installers arrived right on time, they removed the od tv, moved the cabinet slightly so the new TV would fit. they connected the cable TV and set the remote. They even did the subtitles... What a great experience

The Geek Squad technician did a wonderful job installing my TV and sound bar, and removing the old TV. He showed me all the controls on the remote and helped me to set up the apps that I use the most. Neat and careful service. One note: It took several weeks and many phone calls to have these items delivered and set up. Both at my local Best Buy and online, we were told there were no appointments available on the calendar through July, 4 months later. I was very lucky that I finally got a call and had a great Geek!

It was well worth spending the extra money to have it set up. It would have taken me hours to get it connected to Fios and discover all the features on the new TV. The two technicians were fast, efficient and polite.

The two team members that delivered and set up the new Samsung TV were superb. They completely set up the TV, adding all the apps that we had previously, provided guidance to tech challenged seniors on the operation, and removed the old TV. Both were polite and friendly. They were very clear in the descriptions and operations, making sure we understood.

My salesman was very knowledgeable about the TV. The picture is beautiful and the TV was greater than our expectations. The Geek squad installed it very fast and answered all our questions. Overall very impressed .

Since I was hanging such a large (and expensive) TV, I didn't want to take on the task of hanging it myself. So I paid for Best Buy's Geek Squad to do it, and they did an outstanding job. They even ran some fiber optic cables I had, at no additional charge.

Efficient, knowledgably and courteous. They arrived on schedule and spent sufficient time to insure I knew how to operate all of the major functions.

The guys came in and within fifteen minutes had my new TV installed and my old TV removed. Very efficient and just really good guys.

Love the picture!! Easy controls to see streaming programs as well as to make any adjustments you may want to do. Geek Squad was great and set it up professionally and rather quickly. Very pleased.

This is the first time that I have needed help setting up a tv. I purchased a 77 inch screen and had the Geek Squad deliver and set up. It was money well spent. They were professional and knowledgeable.

My tech, Scott was great. He set up my system 11 months ago, which was really involved in the assembly, setup and wiring. Later, he even swapped out my 65 inch Samsung OLED for an LG without a complaint. He did a great job with my latest TV install, which was a lot easier but it was still great work. My concierge contact, Bryan was also fantastic! The best experience I have had with an electronics store by far!
