    Great set up experience. Kolby is very friendly, efficient and explains things to me. I highly recommend the Geek Squad. It is the reason I bought my TV at Best Buy. I couldn’t install myself.

    Maybe it's because they install dozens of TVs every day, but the Geek Squad installation was much faster than I could have imagined. I probably couldn't even have finished opening the box and unpacking it that quickly, if I tried. They had all the right codes at their fingertips, answered all of my questions, and made a clean getaway, leaving me a happy customer.

    Upon arrival the technician was told he was there for connecting devises versus mounting my flat screen television. The technician immediately called Best buy to clear it up and quickly mounted my television. He was professional and friendly.

    Agent did great job mounting and getting two other tv's hooked up. Charged me $90 for three HD cables. Comcast would have hooked up all three tv's for free and not charged me for cables. In addition, both sales persons in store misled me about the ease of hook up

    The installation was good. The tech made sure everything was set up. Unfortunately the tv is awful. I have to keep unplugging tv and running device care and clear cache. Every time i turn it on.
