    Installers had to return because sound bar did not sync up properly with the tv It was very annoying we had to disconnect sound bar to have volume for tv

    The Geek Squad de-boxed my tv, installed the tv and connected all devices. They showed me how to operate the tv and set up all my remotes. They cleaned up all boxes,etc and took it to their truck. They also took my old tv and put it into my SUV per my request. Great job and well done!

    My agent was amazing and extremely helpful. Any question I had they answered and they were so polite. I am not tech savvy at all so it was a breath of fresh air not to worry about this. I would recommend them 100 percent!

    Upon arrival the technician was told he was there for connecting devises versus mounting my flat screen television. The technician immediately called Best buy to clear it up and quickly mounted my television. He was professional and friendly.

    Taylor Our did a great job of installing 3 TV’s and 2 DVD’s. I am new to smart tvs and He took time to explain how to operate everything. He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Geek Squad.
