Great guys, they were quick and efficient. They connected all my devices easily.

The agents mounted my TV and sound bar. They had to come back twice because the screen was crooked. The straightened it a bit and realized that the cabinet was not straight. They were pleasant. i also felt that the younger installer was not as careful as he should have been due to Covid. I realize that he was still learning. Neither the TV not the sound bar came with any written directions.

Guys did a great job and explained everything very well making it easy to use and navigate.

The agents mounted my tv, hooked it to my att dish , but didn’t hook it to my dvd player. I didn’t think hooking my dvd player would be that hard, but I sure found it as such. The agents weren't part of the geek squad.

Jennifer and her assistant were on time, called me 45 minutes before appointment to confirm location and they did a great job. I was explained how to use the remotes while she walked me through working the controls. Another A+ job

My TV, Bose system, sound bar, Tivo, Amazon Fire TV were a mess! Cables and cords tangled in such a mess that I couldn't figure out what was what. These two young gentlemen came in and put everything in order and reconnected the Bose system as well as programming the Harmony universal remote to run everything. I think it was all done in about an hour. The cables & cords were tied up and everything is orderly. They were terrific......worth every cent!

Geek Squad is the best. They set up my TV in little time. The sound wasn't coming from my TV so they come back out. No hesitation and fixed it where I could get sound out of the soundbar and TV. Awesome to work with.

This was for actually hanging a projector screen. The crew they sent out was very knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad was here on time. Unpacked the TV and set it up. He also setup our soundbar. Setup all our remotes to work with the TV. The cleaned up and took the packaging away. Very professional.
