The delivery and set up by Chris the tech was smooth and very professional, however I paid to have my old Sony 35" tv removed and they only sent one poor tech to move a 150 bls tv. I was not happy that I had to help move it to the van! I want a refund for my poor back!

Jennifer and her assistant were on time, called me 45 minutes before appointment to confirm location and they did a great job. I was explained how to use the remotes while she walked me through working the controls. Another A+ job

I had the Geek Squad mount a television on the back patio. They came out to the house, did a preliminary inspection, and returned to complete the mounting of the wall bracket, the sound bar and the television on the exterior wall of the house. They were very carefull with the stucco, and it looks amazing.

The 51" or larger Best Buy set up video recommended at least 2 persons but Geek squad sent only 1 person plus the Wrong LG model! This solo individual drove back to the store to retrieve the correct Nano8 LG and refused my offer of setup assistance and left the LG unit in excellent status. He was very courteous and professional; an excellent rep for Geek Squad and BB!

They had it up and running in no time They arrived on time and new what they were doing.

On time, set up, cleaned up, and explained everything until he was sure we “got it”.

Victor and his colleague could not have been nicer and more efficient in setting up my 70" TV. We chatted a little while they worked, and while it usually would be a big nuisance to have installers come into my home, These two were perfectly cool. I honestly enjoyed having them in. They set up the new system perfectly. Thank you!

I bought an open-box TV in-store and have it delivered to me two weeks later. Geek Squad had to looking for it in store for a hour but they made sure it was working probably before delivering it to me. They just forgot to bring the power cord with them when they put it back to the box in store. So they have to give me a universal one instead.

The service was amazing, the installer was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the correct wall mount fir the room and tv.
