Again the technicians were fast and professional. Great!

Purchased 65' Samsung 65' TV and 2 days later Brandon and Matt were here with the TV and ready to install it. They were very personable and very efficient at there job. They cleaned up every spec of residue from the packaging and explained the full operation of the TV. They paired the set to my cable remote and made sure everything worked perfectly and we understood how it worked. Both men came from the Blaine MN store

The gentlemen that came to install our new TV were great. I believe his name was Keith or Kevin, my memory for names is terrible. They were polite, quick & picked up afterward. They took the time to explain everything & even answered all of my questions. I would definitely give them a 10/10 and will be telling everyone how great they were.

The initial install went well or so I thought before I could not locate the DVD icon that had been set up on my menu. The Geek squad came out again & this time not only set it up but spent time explaining the hows & whys & where to find the manual using the remote. I would make sure you have a complete understanding when it is initially installed. The second installer spent additional time hiding some wires from view.

Great service however this is fairly expensive and when purchased over $2000 between TV and sound bar should definitely be included.

The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and quick. They hooked up my surround sound system and other devices so everything operates seamlessly. Overall an excellent, stress free experience.
