TV works well in my sewing room. It is small but gives me what I want. Picture is clear, sound good. Size is great for the space that I have it in.

Set up hooked up all went very well. In and out and all is perfect.

The delivery and set up by Chris the tech was smooth and very professional, however I paid to have my old Sony 35" tv removed and they only sent one poor tech to move a 150 bls tv. I was not happy that I had to help move it to the van! I want a refund for my poor back!

Geek Squad rep Taylor did an excellent and efficient job in removing the old tv and setting up the new. It was a very pleasant experience!

Dewayne McInnis is one of only three Geek Squad agents that I enjoy working with. I delayed the installation of my new TV until he returned from vacation. I have tried, without success, to terminate my Total Tech subscription, because of failure on two occasions to show up for scheduled appointments. The Total Tech program is a good idea, but it needs examination and rework.

Love this TV, color and picture is unbelievable! Recommend it.

The Geek Squad came and unpacked, lifted, and installed our TV in an efficient manner.

Purchased a 65" Samsung and it was questionable as to whether we could get it into our SUV, so we signed up for Geek Squad delivery & setup. It was worth every penny. The amount of time it saved in setting up as well as the stress on my back it saved were true benefits. It has been a while since we purchased a TV, so it was good to have the Geek Squad Technician review the capabilities with us.

Purchased a 65" Sony 4K TV and had the Geek Squad Deliver and install. Great idea I am not a techie so I left it up to the Professionals. Well worth the money to not spend all day trying to figure enerything out. These Guys come in get it done so you can enjoy the benefits of not stressing over a set up. I would not even thank about Self installation any more thanks to the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad agents were on time, called me before they arrived, were very professional, courteous and installed me TV and other items very well. They also called the day after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. I could not be happier with their excellent service. I will always use Geek Squad. They are great!

I've had the Samsung MU7000 Series for about 5 weeks and I love it. This was the the second one installed-----The first one stopped working after only 2 hours of viewing. It was replaced very quickly and the replacement is working perfectly. Some of the reviews I read said they did not like the remote. I don't have any issues with it and I like the fact that it is so compact. I had the Geek Squad install the TV. They were very professional and they did a great job. They took away my old TV cleaned up before they left. I do recommend purchasing the Protection Plan for peace of mind.

We love our new flat screen tv and the bose speaker that was recommended is awesome!
