    The Geek Squad techs were excellent in setting up n explaining different features of the TV. The 2 techs were very thorough n friendly doing their job. A credit to Best Buy.

    Didn’t deliver, didn’t install. Zero stars

    Soonest they could install was 9 days after purchase. Scheduled my entire work week and took PTO for Geek Squad to install my TV. Install guy calls me at 3pm and says he has to cancel…doesn’t give me another day as an option to reschedule either. Just says I have to call or go online and reschedule. At this point I wanted a full refund. I call up the store and some guy tells me they have to have the item back in their inventory for them to give me a full refund. Doesn’t try to rectify or solve the issue, just tells me to try calling back after 7pm when the truck delivers the tv back to the store. Oh and he tells me it’s not a refund, it’s an in-store credit only. At this point I felt out of $700 and wasn’t going to wait another 9 days for them to maybe reschedule. I took PTO so committed to just mounting and installing the TV myself. I figured they already had my money and there’s probably another TV in their inventory, so I went to Best Buy, told the manager that you guys didn’t show today for your scheduled install so I want the TV now. He gets me a TV and refunds my install service plan back to my card, so apparently they don’t do in-store credits only. All this on top of 2.5 years ago they sold me 2 Hisense TVs for a $1200 “deal”. Both TVs crapped out on me within the last few months, shocking considering I’ve had flat screens that are 15+ years old. I also bought a Geek Squad + service plan with it though! However the sales guy coached me to cancel that plan within 90 days, he said they’ll refund the cost in full and I basically get a free install. Ironic how that service plan would’ve protected me too….not a good service. Wouldn’t recommend

    The agent did a great job connecting my g to v to the amplifier. However, I was charged for a tv installation which costs twice as much. I’m very unhappy about the overcharge!!

    Came prepared and executed flawlessly...relieved my concerns about losing my "old" technology to utilize this new technology ...made everything work and answered all my questions and solved my concerns to create a great experience and allow this upgraded purchase seem like I always had it even though it was brand new..congratulations. this won't be my last Geek Squad purchase.

    Agents disconnected and moved our tv away from the area where work was to be done and another squad came back the next day to move it back and set it up again.

    They were very professional and respectful of my home. They were fast and efficient. The installation was done in less than 15 minutes with no problems. They ensured I knew how to work the new TV and the remote. I am pleased I chose the Geek Squad!

    The two installers were very quick installing and setting up the TV, although some of the setup was not the best for my specific devices and AV system. It was simple to make the needed parameter changes. They were also reasonably knowledgable about some of the specific TV features. My install included removing an old tabletop projection TV, which they did easily.

    John was very helpful at getting my audio system synced up with my tv, cd player and dvd player. He was very patient, explaining all the ways I can use the system the way he set it up. He went above and beyond my expectations. Service call was Sept. 28.
