remote not easy to use. home screen cluttered and not user freindly. unable to customize to make it more personally effective. variety of settings is confusing and not easy to remember. extremely difficult to contact best buy re: inability to get into online account worse because of multiple accounts somehow and points/rewards not showing up. very difficult to get this fixed.

My TV was delivered the day after purchase. The Geek Squad techs actually came earlier than scheduled! They were very conscious of following the covid safety guidelines and maintained appropriate social distancing. They installed the TV quickly but took the time to instruct us how to operate it. They couldn’t have been more professional.

The Geek squad did a fantastic job installing a tv and sound bar above our fireplace.

The people assigned to setup my tv were fast, efficient and very professional.

ThecGeek Squad agents mounted my 65” Sony tv on my brick fireplace wall quickly efficiently. Since I had brick, I had to get a new mount and they saved the day by having one on their truck. The only downer was a wish they were able to hide the the electrical wires and usb cables from the cable box and soundbar better. In all though they did a great job.

Geek Squad was great, came on time and knew what they were doing. I purchased a 65" TV and it was to big and heavy for a single person to handle. They also went through the setup process on the TV, which was a great help with the newer models.

The two men that delivered the TV, assembled the stand connected the cables and turned it on did that very well with face masks, gloves and shoe covers. Initially the TV would not down load the service agreements from my provider, after many attempts, they down load completed, but the apps would not download. The men indicated they thought the problem was the internet provider, they had to move on and left. Our internet provider said there was no issues they could see and said they thought the TV was the problem. Calls to LG found the TV needed to be updated. This should have been discovered by the MasTec installer. But the TV would not download so we changed the WiFi connection for "5" to "2" and the TV downloaded and updated to the latest Version. The MasTec installer should have know to do this. The Netflix app then downloaded with no issue but then the next app would not. After turning the TV off and back on the next app downloaded, this process was repeated until all were down loaded. It would have been helpful if the MasTec installer had informed us this would be the procedure. Best Buy is sending me a $25.00 gift card and said they were sorry I had this experience. The TV is great and that should have been the first line in my review. I answered no, not to recommend the Geek Squad and know that is not fair but don't send MasTec, I expected Geek Squad.

The techs that came out performed great service in the installation

The guys were very good at explaining everything to me and setting up my new tv for me. Very nice and patient guys. I already recommend Geek Squad to my family and friends.

The agent was very knowledgeable and did everything right.

We have always had surround sound so the simulated surround sound of course is not quite as dynamic, but the words can be understood much better which we need. The geek squad guy was a contracted employee and we felt he did not have the knowledge to educate us about the soundbar. Therefore, we are trying to read the small light font in the manual to figure it out. The soundbar has features the install guy did not go over with us. We felt like he was in a hurry to leave.

The GeekSquad guys were great and fast for the install... I really didn't need them to do it but I let them only because I didn't want to carry the TV up the stairs. Yes it was $100 well spent and they put the stand on in about 5 minutes which would have took me 20 minutes. So I def recommend GeekSquad set up and delivery. Plus if they break it they take it right back and get you a new one.

Geek Squad again was invaluable in making our new TV insulation a success!
