The installer came early, and did an excellent wiyh thr install and directions for use of the instslled 55" TV. He went the extra mile in service and presentation manner.

Delivered and set up tv very efficiently, explained all features and was very helpful & explaining the new features and made sure all was set up with my cable, etc.. cleaned all up, friendly & very courteous. I was very impressed with the Geek Squad installation and setup. These people were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They installed the new TV on the wall over the fireplace, re-connected my existing sound system, WIFI, and tested out all the TV functions within an hour. When they left, they took out my old TV and all the packaging from the new one. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy!

The set up was done in a very professional way. All my questions were dealt professionally.

Agents installed and set up the TV. TV worked fine but the Fire stick and the LG remote did not work properly. Geek Squad had to come back and set remotes and LG account for additional money. Everything worked fine after that. LG recently installed updates and remotes aren't working. Called Geek Squad and they walked me through the process of correcting the problem.

Geek Squad was great, came on time and knew what they were doing. I purchased a 65" TV and it was to big and heavy for a single person to handle. They also went through the setup process on the TV, which was a great help with the newer models.
