Geek Squad Rep unpacked my new SamSung TV. Made my requested hook ups (LG Soundplate and T-Mobile Internet Box. Removed my old 55" Flatscreen TV from premises....All in under 90 minutes! Answered all my questions on operation of my new TV.

Helped un box T.V. set up T.V. and hooked up 3 devices.

The agent was quick and knowledgeable about how to set up my new TV, a Vizio 24" LED. He showed me how to use the remote and settings, and how to use the apps. He informed me about how Best Buy would recycle my old TV. Highly recommend BB Geek Squad!

The guys who came over to mount the TV were very friendly, professional, and competent

The service guys were great. Worked very efficiently and well together. Everything was connected except my old devices that didn’t sync with a smart tv. Tho they did try to hook up an old VCR, yes a VCR! , and managed to go so but the old thing had bitten the dust. So they went out of their way and were funny and cheerful to boot!!

Brian and Manny of the Geek Squad set up my 65 inch high definition television with ease. They were very respectful of my home. They stayed with me to assure all functions were working efficiently

I bought this package with a TV I purchased for my 80 yr old father. He struggles with the easiest technology sometimes and I am not close by to help. The Geek Squad were professional and patient with my father showing him how to operate the TV after setting up everything for him. Well worth the money!

Geek squad set up and installed the tv. Very quick and efficient, but too quick They did not explain why some options were chosen over others.

Josh (second set of delivery personnel) was great. Third delivery person was okay but not as good as Josh. Kevin with the Geek squad was fantastic. He even came back a 2nd time & reset the TV and got the firestick to work better.

The Geek Squad agents arrived well within the installation window. Unpacked the new screen, routed, and connected all power and signal. They picked up the box and packing along with an old television in less than 30 minutes.

85 in TV weighing over 100 pounds so the free delivery to the door not all that helpful. The actual set up, attaching the feet and cables was fine but $200 to do this and lift the TV on to the table is a lot of money. Didn't really need them to do the install, just to lift it into place
