Josh (second set of delivery personnel) was great. Third delivery person was okay but not as good as Josh. Kevin with the Geek squad was fantastic. He even came back a 2nd time & reset the TV and got the firestick to work better.

The guys were knowledgeable, efficient and very nice when setting up my wonderful tv.

The tech removed my old tv and install the new one in a timely manner. Also provided some very helpful tips for use of additional electronic devices. The tech was very professional acting performing his duties.

We never used the Geek Squad before and we had an excellent first experience with the delivery and setup of our new Samsung 4K smart tv. The Geek Squad kept us informed of the delivery status, arrived on time and were very helpful and professional. We were taught how to use various components of the tv that made viewing easier. Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad to a friend and will use them in future.

The agents were amazing. Helped set everything up after installing the TV. Connected all my consoles to the right hdmi ports and helped the TV get all the necessary updates on it to... Very personable

remote not easy to use. home screen cluttered and not user freindly. unable to customize to make it more personally effective. variety of settings is confusing and not easy to remember. extremely difficult to contact best buy re: inability to get into online account worse because of multiple accounts somehow and points/rewards not showing up. very difficult to get this fixed.

The agents disconnected the old tv and connected the new tv up properly. We were given a demonstration and before they left, we had a clear understanding of how to operate new tv.
