The guys that came were very professional and very quick. They cleaned up, hauled away my old tv as well and got me all set-up. Sadly, literally later that night, the tv decided to no longer connect to wifi and I couldn't get all my channels and apps to work - not the Geek Squad's fault.

The agent was quick and knowledgeable about how to set up my new TV, a Vizio 24" LED. He showed me how to use the remote and settings, and how to use the apps. He informed me about how Best Buy would recycle my old TV. Highly recommend BB Geek Squad!

They did an excellent job installing the TV, connecting it to our cable provider, and cleaning up all of the packing materials. They explained all the operating information and patiently answered our questions. Very professional.

85 in TV weighing over 100 pounds so the free delivery to the door not all that helpful. The actual set up, attaching the feet and cables was fine but $200 to do this and lift the TV on to the table is a lot of money. Didn't really need them to do the install, just to lift it into place

Two of the geek squad came to reconnect the TV and surround sound, etc. after the flood. They were very helpful and Raeshad (Scott) left me his card and told me to call if there was a problem. We had to disconnect for some reason and I called his number and he answered. He explained what I needed to do and then called back later to be sure that it was working! Dedication and committment!!!

Very nice and professional installers. My only gripe is how high the price was. This was not a wall mount.

The first agent delivered my tv and connected to cable box. The second agent came and said that the he could only mount my tv to the wall. A third agent came and installed the behind the wall unit so I didn’t have chords down my wall.
