Geek Squad setup my TV and sound bar. Their level of knowledge astounds me. They walked me through the operation of use with ease. I seem to make all of my Smart electronics dumb! GEEK SQUAD rescues me every time.

The Geek Squad service was timely and efficient. But for the 15 minutes that they were here, the $199.00 price tag was really too high.

The person was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained how to work things so that I understood it.

The guys quickly set up our new tv. They connected our Hopper, too. They were very professional and explained everything. Well worth the cost.

Two agents came to the house. They were helpful and efficient. They unpacked and set up my new TV. They took away the old one and the packaging for the new one. They were pleasant. No complaints.

Not all Geek squad service people are the same. Some are thorough and others are not and I've had both. One problem is that because they know how to work these 'smart' tvs, they wiz through and I can't take in what they are saying or what I am seeing. The first tv I tried I wasn't taken through the settings for the picture quality which for me is the most important aspect of a TV. Later on my own, I found that they were lacking. If I had known that when the Squad was here, I would have had them take it back. After discovering that the picture settings weren't adequate, I had it picked up and looked for a Sony. I had been very happy with the picture settings on the 13 yr old Sony that I was replacing. I was not disappointed with the new Sony I bought. There could have been more time spent on showing me the settings...

The agents arrived on time. Installed my tv etc. They patiently explained everything to me and helped my do apps. Again, very pleasant and respectful. I would give the highest rating and would definitely recommend

I have had the computer now for about 24 hrs. I got a 14 inch screen which was perfect. It has great features and unlike some other models, the powerful battery stays cool when charging. The screen is vivid and crisp The keyboard touch is great but the layout of the keyboard is slightly different than my Dell, so I will take a few days to adapt to the keyshapes and layout. The aren't radically different but the spacing is a bit different than my prior model. I love that it has Alexa built in and can double as a tablet! And these tiny speakers have GREAT sound. I wouldn;t think you could get such good sound from the small speakers but it makes listening to music a joy! Very happy,

There's no way I would take on mounting this TV on my own. The Geek Squad technicians did a fantastic job with the install and the tutorial on how everything works. Super happy with the purchase and the professional staff.

I purchased a television and Home Setup service as a house warming gift for my sister and companion. They raved about Will, their Geek Squad Tech. They said setup and removal of packaging materials was superb. Will patiently and thoroughly explained the new features and operation of the television. Bravo!!

Very nice smart tv. Great picture. Easy to maneuver thru features. Quick and easy set up by the Geek Squad. They walked me through all the features.

Definitely worth having someone deliver your big screen TV and then setting it up. The guy connected everything, made sure it all worked correctly and then showed us how to access everything. Very professional and easy!

Agent was great mounted stand and tv with instructions for use. Neat and knowledgeable. Appointment was acknowledged with a time. No one came. Then I received an email with next day install date, which I couldn’t do. I called and was told the agent wasn’t able to install as scheduled so the date was changed. I had to change to the following week. Someone should have called me re cancellation and need for date change.

Brandon gave me a courtesy call about an hour and a half before their scheduled time. Then arrived an hour or so later with his assistant Trey. I let them in; showed the set up area for the T.V. and they went straight to work! I left them alone to do what they do and before I knew it; they finished! Took the time to show me the features, set up the apps, cleaned up and left. They were on-time; quick - fast - efficient - personable and courteous.
