Geek squad mounted my 65in tv to the wall. They were very professional and friendly. They were fast and efficient. They were very organized. They didnt have to read the instructions to mount my tv. They knew exactly what to do. Very satisfied with their workmanship. Well worth the money to have the Geek Squad install my equipment.

The 51" or larger Best Buy set up video recommended at least 2 persons but Geek squad sent only 1 person plus the Wrong LG model! This solo individual drove back to the store to retrieve the correct Nano8 LG and refused my offer of setup assistance and left the LG unit in excellent status. He was very courteous and professional; an excellent rep for Geek Squad and BB!

Agents connected my tv and sound bar. They did a great job.

Showed up on time, set up TV including the new "Smart" features and answered all my questions.

The Geeks that set up our 55" with sound bar did a great job! When you have all the "extras" attached to a TV, it can be daunting setting up a new one. They were spot on in the set up. They even showed us how to operate all the new fangled options on remote. I'll always use the Squad whenever a new TV is on the horizon.

The delivery people were right on time. They set up my new 50" TV and attached my devices as expected and gave me a few tips to get started. they were extremely carefully to take out all the packaging and wore all the protective gear expected - masks, gloves, and shoe covers. It was a very positive experience!

Did a wonderful, knowledgeable job even with the first tv coming out of the box being shattered on a screen corner. Got me another in a half hour and showed me features even.

This was a very pleasant experience with Geek Squad. They could not fix the problem but did troubleshoot the issue. Geek Squad did tell me what I needed to do to improve the audio quality of my television. I was very satisfied with their help.

The project had three components. 1. Connect smart tv to new computer/router. Completed. 2. Connect sound bar to tv. Completed. 3. Consolidate tv and Infinity remotes so we only need one. NOT complete. Now with the soundbar connected, we have THREE remotes .

Kept in touch all the way, then they came in a few minutes they had done a great installation.

The agents set up my TV and hauled away the old one.

The picture and sound are great. But the instructions on how to setup the TV for and use the Google TV part of this smart TV are sparse and terrible. E.G.: Right now, I think I need to download to my TV an app called "MagiConnect", but am having a hard time finding out how to do that.
