    The picture and sound are great. But the instructions on how to setup the TV for and use the Google TV part of this smart TV are sparse and terrible. E.G.: Right now, I think I need to download to my TV an app called "MagiConnect", but am having a hard time finding out how to do that.

    The agents were wonderful and even took my boxes and deposited them in the trash. When I muted the last TV, part of the sound was still playing. Thanks Best Buy and Sony.

    Agent Joe M. Showed up on time ….He got right to business …(Joe had previously installed a very similar tv … It died) He had a very good procedure for doing things step by step and was done in no time at all… explained it was exactly as his previous setup and was off to next appointment….

    Gabe and Thomas were a dream come true. Installation of our new TV was so slick and worth every penny! Gabe is a master at what he does and so personable! I am in love with the Geek Squad made my life so much easier. It would have taken days to install and do what was done in a few hours! Thank You!
