Geek squad crew did a great job on our Samsung TV. They deliver our new TV and help set it up. They explained all the details of how the TV will work. They took our old TV and recycle it. Very professional and polite. Great job done by Juan!

Excellent job by Joe in delivering my new Samsung 32" smart TV, and installing, setting and hooking everything up. Also, Joe and Steve the following week did an excellent job delivering and then putting together the TV cabinet, and arranging the TV to rest on top.

The man who installed did a great job setting it up. I didn't get a manual with it to explain how to trouble shoot or how to use the remote that came with it.

I can always depend on Geek Squad to help me with all my electronics when I am buying something or if I have a question. They are always quick to answer the phone and give me solid honest advice!

I bought a 82" TV and I had to have it delivered and set up. The Geek guys removed the box from the TV. They brought a table inside my house, so they may lay the TV face down on it to do the necesary connections in the back. They were extremely careful on putting the TV on my stand and after they did the rest of the connections, they spend time to make sure I knew how to use the remote.

I was very happy with the experience of having my new tv delivered and setup. I was pleased with the courtesy of the deliverymen and their helpfulness in getting the tv setup and explaining festures if it.

The Geek Squad agents arrived well within the installation window. Unpacked the new screen, routed, and connected all power and signal. They picked up the box and packing along with an old television in less than 30 minutes.

We bought a QNED 65 inch great picture and sound could be more user friendly but use the remote and learn it to find everything the TV can do.

They came and went to install my tv and it was cracked. They went to Best Buy and picked up a new one. They installed and explained everything to me.

The two men that delivered the TV, assembled the stand connected the cables and turned it on did that very well with face masks, gloves and shoe covers. Initially the TV would not down load the service agreements from my provider, after many attempts, they down load completed, but the apps would not download. The men indicated they thought the problem was the internet provider, they had to move on and left. Our internet provider said there was no issues they could see and said they thought the TV was the problem. Calls to LG found the TV needed to be updated. This should have been discovered by the MasTec installer. But the TV would not download so we changed the WiFi connection for "5" to "2" and the TV downloaded and updated to the latest Version. The MasTec installer should have know to do this. The Netflix app then downloaded with no issue but then the next app would not. After turning the TV off and back on the next app downloaded, this process was repeated until all were down loaded. It would have been helpful if the MasTec installer had informed us this would be the procedure. Best Buy is sending me a $25.00 gift card and said they were sorry I had this experience. The TV is great and that should have been the first line in my review. I answered no, not to recommend the Geek Squad and know that is not fair but don't send MasTec, I expected Geek Squad.

Geek squad delivered and set up tv. Then I had some problems and they came back. Yesterday and today I couldn’t change from Roku to cable box so I called for help. They gave me great instructions and answered all of my questions.

My TV was delivered the day after purchase. The Geek Squad techs actually came earlier than scheduled! They were very conscious of following the covid safety guidelines and maintained appropriate social distancing. They installed the TV quickly but took the time to instruct us how to operate it. They couldn’t have been more professional.

I spent several months researching how to cut the cable grunions out of my life, and finally took the plunge. Guillermo arrived on time, knew his stuff, showed us how to rewire what we were keeping (a Roku device and a blu-ray player) and even hooked my tower computer into the system to let me edit textbooks (my job) when not watching the tube. Nice guy, excellent work, no complaints

I can't say enough about The Geek Squad! The whole time they were here, it was Excellent Experience! I don't think that has ever happened before. Installed new LG TV for us. Set up all equipment for it. Showed my how to use it. We only have Samsung TV's. Moved old TV downstairs and hooked that up. The guys who came were professional, nice and quick.
