Fantastic Service

They were very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They came right on time and I never felt rushed. I am so glad that I got Totaltech service.

The technicians from whom I have received service are knowledgeable, efficient, and expedient. They are friendly folks who seem to take pride in their work and their team. I, for one, don't want to be without an ongoing tech plan and a Geek service to depend on.

White Glove Service!!!

He struggles with the easiest technology sometimes and I am not close by to help. The Geek Squad were professional and patient with my father showing him how to operate the TV after setting up everything for him. Well worth the money!

Labor mounting

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ThecGeek Squad agents mounted my 65” Sony tv on my brick fireplace wall quickly efficiently. Since I had brick, I had to get a new mount and they saved the day by having one on their truck. The only downer was a wish they were able to hide the the electrical wires and usb cables from the cable box and soundbar better. In all though they did a great job.
