The service guys were great. Worked very efficiently and well together. Everything was connected except my old devices that didn’t sync with a smart tv. Tho they did try to hook up an old VCR, yes a VCR! , and managed to go so but the old thing had bitten the dust. So they went out of their way and were funny and cheerful to boot!!

They were kind and courteous and set both TVs up in a half hour. I learned a great deal in that short half hour from them.

We were blessed with a Super Geek technician that restored my confidence in The Geek Squad. He called prior to arrival, placed shoe covers on his feet and performed the set-up quickly and most competently. He cleaned up all boxes and packing materials and hauled them away. He gave me a thorough review of how to use everything and even answered all my stupid questions with a big smile. In short, he was FANTASTIC!

These young men were the best ever. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient with these two “old folks”, informative, and all three have great people skills. We hope this is the team when get next time!

The agents put the TV stand together and moved new 40” TV there along with my Blu-ray and dvd player.

The GeekSquad guys were great and fast for the install... I really didn't need them to do it but I let them only because I didn't want to carry the TV up the stairs. Yes it was $100 well spent and they put the stand on in about 5 minutes which would have took me 20 minutes. So I def recommend GeekSquad set up and delivery. Plus if they break it they take it right back and get you a new one.

The gentleman setup my tv and connected the sound bar & speakers. He also respected my home as he wore booties over his shoes.
