    Agents did a great job. Tv was going to be too big for space. They showed me how to modify space and I called when finished and they returned the next day. Great job.

    We have always had surround sound so the simulated surround sound of course is not quite as dynamic, but the words can be understood much better which we need. The geek squad guy was a contracted employee and we felt he did not have the knowledge to educate us about the soundbar. Therefore, we are trying to read the small light font in the manual to figure it out. The soundbar has features the install guy did not go over with us. We felt like he was in a hurry to leave.

    There was no way that my wife and i could lift the about 100 lb TV (with stand) onto our cabinet. So we had the Geek Squad install it. The two agents connected all my components to the TV and made sure each worked. They checked the TV to make sure it worked. They were very professional. They had masks and booties.

    The team were kind and professional, unfortunately they promised to call or return due to a missing cable for the security cameras to be added for the set up. So unfortunately I can’t say I was completely satisfied.
