Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped us understand how to work our new tv.

Color is good but not as good as the Sony OLED at the same price. I bought it because its base fits my current TV stand! I paid $199 to have the TV install and set up. The technician only connected the cable box and DVD connections. Didn’t show me any function of the TV! I set up all the functions and internet connection myself! Waste of money!

Put our old tv downstairs. Move it and hooked up in no time

He was aware of coronavirus. pleasant, a real Geek, and did all required in a reasonable time. He removed the old TV from the wall mount I had and mounted the new TV using the existing mount. That was good because the existing mount was 4 way flexible. He also set up the 2 Comcast remotes in the room. All worked well.

Toshiba - 50” Class – LED - 2160p – Smart - 4K UHD TV. Fire TV Edition. Much better quality than I expected. The built-in Alexa Voice Remote is fantastic! I am so Glad that I changed from my first choice. In addition, having a technician install it was a big plus. Efficient and informative. I am very glad that I had this done! I could not have done this myself.

They arrived on time and provided good service. Out Tv was all setup when they left.

The geek sqaud agent did an outstanding job of finding missing part in the tv stand purchased thru amazon and was able to come back once it was replaced and put stand together and set up tv. and dvd streaming player quickly efficiently and with answering my questions; he was outstanding!

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of connecting our TV and setting up the rest of our equipment. Since the TV and sound bar were being mounted over the fireplace, all of the cables had to be bundled and routed to the bookcase next to the fireplace where all of the other equipment was. The technician did a nice job of using wire ties to neatly bundle the cables over to the bookcase.

Ahmed and Shaq were very attentive and kept me up to date on when they were arriving and what they would be able to accomplish. Unfortunately, since this was an reshedule, all of my components were not available but they got ahead of that prior to their arrival so - No Suprprises!

Picture is good. The remote, however, is not back lit, has poor tactile feel and is poorly designed.

These young men were the best ever. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient with these two “old folks”, informative, and all three have great people skills. We hope this is the team when get next time!
