I would rate 4.8 ...making appt was easy...communication about appt was great...the two guys that came out were knowledgable and pleasant....they hooked up the new 50" TV, the dvd/vhs and the Direct TV but said they could not hook up my son's old Nintendo would not be possible wouldn't work on this new TV. Funny thing is...my husband and i looked at it...went to walmart bought a converter and we got it connected and working.

Color is good but not as good as the Sony OLED at the same price. I bought it because its base fits my current TV stand! I paid $199 to have the TV install and set up. The technician only connected the cable box and DVD connections. Didn’t show me any function of the TV! I set up all the functions and internet connection myself! Waste of money!

They put on the bracket, set it on my stand, plugged it in, put on the internet cable and my cable for my fire stick. They screwed on a cable they must thought was for a cable box which there is none. They turned it on and showed me my fire stick works. A quick tutorial of the remote and left. Too much money for what I got. If it would have fit in my car I would have done it myself.

On time, professional, took their time to explain use

On time, no problems with the setup. G Squad demonstrated all the functions & then cleaned up the packaging. G Squad even hauled away the dead unit. THANKS.

Tyler Loomis & John were fantastic! They installed my new Samsung Smart TV, set up all of my streaming channels, and were exceptional. Very professional, kind, courteous, & knowledgable. So happy to have such dependable service. They deserve a raise!!!

Lam and Camille were great in getting our system up and going. A few glitches along the way that were component related, but they returned to ensure everything was working great.

Greg and Devon were fast, efficient & friendly! Wasn’t the geek squad but rather a 3rd party Best Buy contracts with and they were great to work with!

The guys that came to the house to install & mount our new tv were very professional. They were very polite & knowledgeable about where best to mount the tv. They were good to clean up their tools & boxes when they left.

Installation completed by very knowledgeable techs, they were great in explaining how the remote functioned.

The agent was on time, efficient with the setup, and walked me through operating the TV.

Stephanie, the geek squad associate assigned to set up our TV was GREAT! She set-up and validated TV Setup. She made sure we understood how the TV worked and that I was able to demonstrate steps to use new TV. before she left Staphanie made sure we all our questions were answered.

The Geek Squad unpacked my new television, packed-up and hauled the old one, synchronized my universal remote to all components, insured all features were working and that I understood the operation, gave me a business card in case I had questions, bid me good day and enjoyment of my new TV. I could not have asked for more.

Set up went smoothly without having to move any furniture. Tech instructed owner on operating remote. Setup utilized another cable to take optimum advantage of the TV’s technical advantages. Existing sound system was optimized which it had not been previously!

Professional. that's the word to describe these fellows. Knew what they were doing and explained many of the features of our new 9 series Nano 75" LG TV. I would not hesitate to pay the small fee to bring and install our TV. There are so many features that the squad explained to us. They acted carefully in the handling of our unit. They are the best.

We’ve had more problems than I can count getting our components to communicate properly with each other. We’ve created so many work arounds it was pointless to have the system we have. Frank came in and made everything communicate and explained everything he changed/addressed. We can FINALLY use our 4K, our Harmony, Heos, and XBox seamlessly!! We’ll be requesting Frank EVEY TIME!!!

Agent found and corrected the problems with the connections for the DVD player and headphones.
