Being non-tech savvy,the geek was well worth it and explained everything.

Hook up and mounting was quick and without hassles

The guys that came to the house to install & mount our new tv were very professional. They were very polite & knowledgeable about where best to mount the tv. They were good to clean up their tools & boxes when they left.

These guys knew what needed done, and got right to it. They installed a DVD player and hung a 55" TV, and Sonos sound bar from our living room wall. Very careful not to make any marks in the wall, gave us good looks at how it would look, and demo'd the TV and DVR for us. Would definitely recommend them to our friends.

We had hooked up our new tv and thought we did a good job, but couldn't figure out why somethings didn't quite work well... now we know! They did it right and in just a few clicks of this and that and now it is amazing! We can't believe our tv can do all it does! It felt like moving from the tv we had as kids (b&w with bunny ears) to George Jetson's spceage tv, lol! We Love it!

I wanted a corner placement for my new 65 in Sony 4K and was afraid they wouldn't be able to get the placement I wanted. Corey and Matt could not have installed it more perfectly. They were so very friendly, professional and efficient it was fun just to have them around. Corey took the time to explain and answered any and all questions I had. Love Geek Squad! Thank you! Glad I had the Geek Squad deliver and do the set up, as on-line comments didn't always say the set up was flawless. They arrived on time, quickly assembled my 43" 4K TV, and went through the Internet set up quickly. They took the time to answer my questions and pointed out a few troubleshooting issues. Altogether worth a little extra $ to do this, overall it was a bit pricey.

Steven was on time, efficient, and friendly. He brought and installed the TV and made sure we knew how to use the remote. And he came on Christmas Eve, as it was a Christmas present. We were very pleased with the whole process.

The tech who came out was "JAKE" I can't say enough good things about him. My husband and I are senior citizens, he was very, very helpful and patient showing us how to work our new tv. By the way, we love it. He is truly as asset to best buy. These days we don't experience this kind of customer service JAKE gave us. HE WAS THE BEST!!!!

The two gentlemen did a fantastic job and knew how to get it done the right way in a timely manner even help me with setting up two other devices that I bought to make sure everything in the home was working properly
