great set up for appointment time, arrival notifications, great set up explanation and adding apps I have wanted so that I don't have to sit at my computer to view!

I am 75 years of age; without the Geek Squad at Best Buy I would be lost! I have been in to see them; with a multiple of crazy questions. I have always been treated with respect; always explained to me in language I can understand without any difficult. Thank goodness for Best Buy Geek Squad!!

Best buys (Geek Squad) did a great job on delivery and installation of my new TV. They hauled off my old TV for Free. You can't throw old TV's away in Florida due to waste issues with them. On time delivery and set up of new TV. hooked up all equipment including my Bose surround sound. Took all boxes, shipping materials with them. tested TV for proper hook up and operation

The two gentlemen did a fantastic job and knew how to get it done the right way in a timely manner even help me with setting up two other devices that I bought to make sure everything in the home was working properly

For peace of mind and help with heavy equipment this service is well worth the money

this was fine, although we returned it as it was the size recommended by the salesperson for a 65" tv and there is no way it would work. Too small

Very thorough. He answered all of my questions. I am a bit disappointed that there is a drop of sound intermittently when viewing shows on apps. Also, the Terk antennae does not bring in all the channels it is intended to. He said certain positions in the house sometimes makes that impossible.

The thorough, expert and patient team that came to install our new equipment were superior. No question was too minor, and they took extra care to be sure the job was done to our specifications.
