Technician was great, but price was over $200 even we pay tech support member ship fee annually $200. I don’t think annual tech support $200 is not work because we paid $200 to technician this time.

Bought a TV for my sister, the installation and setup was included with my best buy rewards membership. She commented on how fast and professional they were.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job ib setting up our 85" television. Even fixed some issues we were having with our surround sound system. The guys know what they are doing. Making sure we knew how to operate the system and asking to make sure we understood and if there was anything else the could do. VERY SATISFIED

Steven was on time, efficient, and friendly. He brought and installed the TV and made sure we knew how to use the remote. And he came on Christmas Eve, as it was a Christmas present. We were very pleased with the whole process.

I was amazed the technician who came out was so well versed with my particular TV and maze of equipment. I have several audio pieces to help with hearing impaired and was not sure how to get them all working both with Cable and my DVD player. He left his phone number in case I had additional questions or problems, which I used and he was helpful in getting them addressed. Money well spent for this service.
