This was well worth its price. Installers were professional and patient, and were more than happy to explain what they were doing as they were installing this 65 inch TV mount. I would highly recommend this service to those folks who are unsure about mounting a TV. This was done in a tight spot above my fireplace, and I am very glad I decided to use geek squad to install it.

My old tv had a swivel base that made it easy to change the angle of the picture. My new tv only had two legs and no swivel capability. The swivel mount was a great add-on that allows us to have the same functionality as my old tv.

TV works great, no problems at all, everything was set up correctly the first time.

The geek squad agents were careful with my tv, removed the old one that was damaged (by regular bestbuy delivery) and waited with me while I set up the tv and ensured there was no damage with the new tv. They were patient and helpful answering any questions I had.

The team was very professional, courteous, and conscientious.

Mark was my agent and he did a great job. He communicated with me 30 mins before coming he really knew his stuff. He was very sensitive to communicate my options and if anything would be visible. He did a 75 inch tv mount, moved a 65 inch tv to a new space and mounted a new sound bar. All were well done!

First, the Geek Squad staff wore face masks and provided communication at a safe distance all the while they were in my home. My tv was in-boxed and set up by the Geek Squad. Once set up, I received instructions on how to operate the tv and they setup/installed the apps I specifically needed/wanted.

Did what needed to be done quickly and well. Great service.

Personnel arrived on time as specified and installation was fast and efficient. Great help when taking an 85" tv out of the box and installing it where it will used as the tv is quite heavy.
