SET UP COMPLETED & TV wrkng but began to Rec Error Msgs! Thought was “fixed” when each install guy called, but Errors cont. Went to BB Store/Muncie where Christy intro’d us to Comcast Specialist who suggested we get a New Box!!! NO MORE Error MSGS!!! Thank God!!! Was ready to Return TV! THNX TO CHRISTY!!! & Specialist!!!!

Everything went well. The TV is just a bit much for one person to handle so, having two people show up to set it up was great. They set it all up and provided instructions for how to use the TV. Only thing that would have been better would have been if they got the other remote programed to turn the TV on/off.

My old tv had a swivel base that made it easy to change the angle of the picture. My new tv only had two legs and no swivel capability. The swivel mount was a great add-on that allows us to have the same functionality as my old tv.

I mixed up my reviews. This one is for the computer help I received from James. He did all my updates and got things working smoothly again. Great personality and fun to have him help and educate me.

Geek Squad was employed to install and set up a new television we had bought for my 93 year old Mother for Christmas. She stated that the agent was very kind and helpful, listening to all her questions. The agent took the extra time and patience to walk my Mother through the remote operation, making it easy for her to operate the television.

The Geek Squad team showed themselves to be courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. They installed my new 55" Samsung flat screen and connected it to the surround-sound equipment and wi-fi with a minimum of fuss. They explained the workings of the new system and were readily available when I needed follow-up advice.

The original Geek quickly set up our new TV, told us streaming would be simple and left. My rating for him would only be fair. We immediately ran into trouble trying to use the controls, especially for streaming. Geek sent another person who took all the time we needed to make sure we understood how to get around on our new TV, especially the various streaming services. My rating for him is excellent. Thus, my overall rating is 4 stars.

Delivery and set up of my 65” tv was a no brainer, Delivery men came as scheduled and moved the existing tv to another room, Set up the new tv programmed the remotes for both to the cable box, since this first smart tv, explained thoroughly, Both men very professional, I have used Best Buy in the past and always get a service contract, Well worth the peace of mind,

The geek sqaud agent did an outstanding job of finding missing part in the tv stand purchased thru amazon and was able to come back once it was replaced and put stand together and set up tv. and dvd streaming player quickly efficiently and with answering my questions; he was outstanding!
