Excellent service. Two installers arrived on time. They called before arriving and promptly went to work. I did not have to do a thing. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My tv was up and running in no time. I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Anthony from the Geek Squad stop by to give me an estimate for a new sound system and he went above and beyond his duty! As he was looking at my picture, he grabbed up my new TVs remote and got me into my HD! I had no clue that I had not finished my set up properly myself! Anthony was great!

The geek squad installed 3 T. V’s. Where in and out in no time.

I purchased a 55" TV for my Dad. Being that time is precious, I had the Geek Squad deliver the TV and install it. Unfortunately the cable company did not come out on the scheduled day, yet that did not prevent the Geek Squad from going above and beyond. My dad shared that he was going to get a 2nd TV in the future, so they installed a splitter so he is ready to go when that time comes.

The Geek Squad team were very helpful with the set-up of our TV.

Sorry to say tech didn't go through all of the remote features to insure they were working correctly. He was able to program the cox remote to turn on/off the Denon receiver but did not check if the channel or volume buttons were working. (I think it was a oversite.) I'm planning on calling Geek squad back to fit it. Other wise the tech was very customer friendly.

Was kept up to date on delivery through e-mails. Installers called shortly before delivery. Very polite, answered all questions, even wore foot protection as not to dirty my carpet/floor. Even called the next day to see if everything was ok and if I had any other questions. Left cell number to contact if anything was to come up. THANY YOU Joshua and Chris.
