I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of my installation personnel.

My only gripe is the sound bar is not straight other than that I am satisfied with the overall installation. The guys were quick, knowledgeable and professional.

The installers and set up guys were quick and courteous and professional.

The agent was knowledgeable, professional, and set up our new TV perfectly. He also was very good at explaining and assuring that I knew how to operate the remotes.

Ahmed and Shaq were very attentive and kept me up to date on when they were arriving and what they would be able to accomplish. Unfortunately, since this was an reshedule, all of my components were not available but they got ahead of that prior to their arrival so - No Suprprises!

While at our home, Kyle noticed that one of our TV's was not a smart one required to provide the service we purchased. He recommended we purchase a newer model and sent his team member to bring it back then set it up.

The Geek Squad is fabulous! They hooked up my 2 new TVs, sound bar and antennas in no time. They came right on time, were very personable, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

These guys were excellent. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, courteous, and professional. Total respect for my property, furniture, walls (install was on the second floor for a big heavy tv), and requests.

Got what I paid for so happy geeks were professional

The agent was here actually earlier but called and let me know he was going to be. Got everything connected and showed me some of the options that I have and actually probably had and did not know. So far loving my new tv and being able to watch my blu-ray dvds. And of course all of my other dvds and vhs tapes (I still have a combo dvd/vhs player).

GEEK SQUAD MEMBERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF INSTALLING A NEW SONIS SOUND BAR ANS SETTING UP CABLE AND STREAMING CONTROLLERS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT.

The agents set up a cabinet with three glass shelves and set up a 85” Samsung QLED TV. They did a terrific job. We were very pleased. The men were also courteous and happy to answer our questions.

Angelo & Ray were so professional! had the new tv setup in no time checked and dbl checked all connected devices worked accordingly! They were by far the best techs i've ever had!
