I had next day setup scheduled. They called the night before to verify time, called again in the morning (a little early for me but hey earlier they are at work earlier I get setup). They called 2 hours before appointment to ask if I minded if they came early. MIND!!! Heck no come on over. Courteous and professional young men. Set up and explained everything and cleaned up any mess.

The Geek Squad Tech who came out was great...He had me up and running in no time flat.

Geek squad went above and beyond to install our TV!

He was aware of coronavirus. pleasant, a real Geek, and did all required in a reasonable time. He removed the old TV from the wall mount I had and mounted the new TV using the existing mount. That was good because the existing mount was 4 way flexible. He also set up the 2 Comcast remotes in the room. All worked well.

Overall I like the products I like the service. I really recommend Best Buy.

The agent arrived as promised and did an excellent job setting up our large screen TV, surround sound, and connections to our Internet. He explained the process to us and set up our remote so that we were able to minimize the need for excess technology. Very helpful in getting everything connected quickly and economically.

The techs, Gage znd Steve were great. They set up our tv's and synced the remotes. They were very patient while we learned how to customize the devices to the way we wanted.
