Good picture. Poor remote

Geek squad worth the price over free delivery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad agents were careful with my tv, removed the old one that was damaged (by regular bestbuy delivery) and waited with me while I set up the tv and ensured there was no damage with the new tv. They were patient and helpful answering any questions I had.

Geek Squad tv installed quickly.

They called before arriving and promptly went to work. I did not have to do a thing. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My tv was up and running in no time. I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Geek squad delivery of 65 inch tv

They were not the regular home theater installers so were limited in their knowledge of setting up some features. They were very efficient setting up the tv and hauling away the old 65 inch tv.

Good but missing some features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sorry to say tech didn't go through all of the remote features to insure they were working correctly. He was able to program the cox remote to turn on/off the Denon receiver but did not check if the channel or volume buttons were working. (I think it was a oversite.) I'm planning on calling Geek squad back to fit it. Other wise the tech was very customer friendly.

Great technical support

Much better quality than I expected. The built-in Alexa Voice Remote is fantastic! I am so Glad that I changed from my first choice. In addition, having a technician install it was a big plus. Efficient and informative. I am very glad that I had this done! I could not have done this myself.
