    The agent hooked up our new receiver in a short amount of time. He then went through all of the features and showed us how to get to them. Then he went through reach item that we have hooked up to the receiver to make sure they all worked. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful.

    We bought a QNED 65 inch great picture and sound could be more user friendly but use the remote and learn it to find everything the TV can do.

    Everything went exactly as I was promised. The tech kept me informed of the delivery progress. He was there at the designated time. Installation and set up were done as I wanted.     Every time these guys come out to our house "there's always Somethin'" they ask how we'd like fixed beyond the primary reason for the call. They know their products, they know our equipment, they are professional trouble-shooters, and always fix our problem. In short, they've always do a fantastic job, and are a pleasure to have in our home-definitely worth every penny of $99
