They arrived on time and provided good service. Out Tv was all setup when they left.

Service was great for two reasons. One, TV would fit in my car and two, I could lift/move it around safely.

The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of connecting our TV and setting up the rest of our equipment. Since the TV and sound bar were being mounted over the fireplace, all of the cables had to be bundled and routed to the bookcase next to the fireplace where all of the other equipment was. The technician did a nice job of using wire ties to neatly bundle the cables over to the bookcase.

First, the Geek Squad staff wore face masks and provided communication at a safe distance all the while they were in my home. My tv was in-boxed and set up by the Geek Squad. Once set up, I received instructions on how to operate the tv and they setup/installed the apps I specifically needed/wanted.

The agent brought in my new tv to my apartment. They took it out of the box and set it up on my tv console. They all necessary things to get the tv ready to play all Chanel’s and showed me how to get my paid apps and how to add Apps as I needed them.

I would definitely recommend Geek Squad for complete satisfaction with installation.

Anthony from the Geek Squad stop by to give me an estimate for a new sound system and he went above and beyond his duty! As he was looking at my picture, he grabbed up my new TVs remote and got me into my HD! I had no clue that I had not finished my set up properly myself! Anthony was great!

Tecs arrived on time. Hooked everything up and showed us how to use it.

They have great warranties no questions asked and remain the best in our house!

Mark was my agent and he did a great job. He communicated with me 30 mins before coming he really knew his stuff. He was very sensitive to communicate my options and if anything would be visible. He did a 75 inch tv mount, moved a 65 inch tv to a new space and mounted a new sound bar. All were well done!

Installation tech was really nice. He answered any questions we had.

Nelson and Miguel were the best squad members I have ever had. I cannot thank them enough for the time and expertise they provided.They did an excellent job. Even my dog loved them I f there were 10 cars, they deserved all of them. Very satisfied!!! Very Happy. Thanks guys!!

The geek squad was very good setting up my TV. There was a problem with the plug. He advised me what to do. He also said I could call the geek squad to finish up installation. I did this and it was completed
